USER AGREEMENT POLICY

The purpose of this policy is to outline and prevent unacceptable use while using our network service. This is not a terms of service or billing agreement. All users must read this policy carefully before accessing our service. By using BaseLine Internet you are agreeing to all parts of this policy. If you do not wish to adhere to the policy you may not access our service. We may modify this agreement from time to time at our discretion.
Acceptable Use Policy
General Use Policy – The service provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend any service if this agreement is violated by you or by anyone using your internet service, or if your use interferes with the functioning of the network or other users. If you believe someone to be in violation of this agreement please contact BaseLine internet at info@baselineinternet.com.
Illegal Use
Any content, actions, or practices that are prohibited by law are not allowed on our service. Users found engaging in any activities that violate the law or any of the service provider policies will have their account terminated at our sole discretion and may be subject to any and all appropriate legal action and consequences. It is the responsibility of the user to know and abide by all local, state, and federal laws.
Prohibited Use (this list includes some, but not all, of the activities that would be in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy)
- Introducing viruses, worms, malware of any kind, spyware of any kind, or any other harmful code
- Accessing or attempting to access and spoof the URL, DNS, or IP address of any other entity.

Harming, attempting to harm, exploiting or encouraging the exploitation of minors in any way, or to collect, post, sell, or disclose personally identifiable or private information of children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent in violation of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and its implementing rules and regulations.
- Using the service to harass, threaten or intimidate.
- Spam services or transmission of fraudulent offers and schemes.
- Transmitting, publishing, submitting/receiving, uploading/downloading, using, copying, posting, distributing or selling any copyrighted material including but not limited to, games, movies, music.
- Reselling of service.
- Serving of any kind is not allowed without express written consent from service provider, including Web-http servers, email servers, FTP servers, IRC Servers
- Violating service provider’s or any third party entities trademarks, logos, intellectual property or trade secret rights.
- Any violations of system and network security, ie; port scanning, probes, data capture accessing or attempting to access restricted systems, denial of service attacks, or any attempt to disrupt service.
Any changes to this agreement are considered effective immediately and it is up to the user to stay current on all service provider policies.
