TROUBLESHOOTING

Need some help getting the most out of your network? Check out some tips here!

No internet connection

Restart your router and computer, often this will correct the problem. If this doesn’t work ensure that your operating system and browser are fully updated and running the most current version. Try checking your connection on multiple devices that are connected to your network and see if the problem is localized to one device or if no devices have service. If it is localized to one device the problem is most likely with the hardware or software on that device. If you still have no service file a support ticket through by logging in to your account and we will be happy to assist you!

Slow speeds

The first thing to do if you believe you are not getting the proper speeds is to perform a speed test. You can do that on the support page. You’ll find tips for how to get the best results there. If you perform a speed test and are getting lower speeds than expected try restarting your router and device. Also make sure that all of your software, including your browser is up to date.

If your speed test shows that you are not getting the speeds you should be, try resetting your router by unplugging the ethernet cable and the router for two minutes and then run the test again. If you are still not getting the proper speeds file a support ticket by logging in to your account.

Slow computer

The first step is to restart your computer, often this can temporarily solve less serious issues. Once you have restarted check to ensure that your operating system and all of your software is up to date. Finally try running a spyware check using your antivirus software.
